Detailed Problem Description

When the user gets into OSA500 > EMEA Sales > 2014 it gives him 5th & Ocean Sales.
Screen shots below to help:

User selects in the ‘?’ box field by Sales Org>Year>Reason Code>Country> Sales Rep>Customer as shown below and 5th & Ocean sales comes up.

Even if user tries going into the sub folders, it still does not appear on the right, he is trying to pick up ‘Declined by Credit’.

He will need to get into all the other ones in EMEA Sales, 2014 too and still does not work to do his cancellation report.
For other users it just keeps going round when she try to go into it.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Need to analyze the report.
2. Need to check the formulas.
3. Need to change the Grouping formulas.

Resolution

1. Need to rebuild the OSA500 report from the scratch.
2. Need to use the new Grouping formulas for Dynamic grouping.
3. Need to use the direct BEx fields instead of formulas in the Grouping formulas.
4. Need to apply the respective setting in Report Options and in Section Expert windows.
5. Need to format the report as per NEC standards.
